Print the Water base plastic no dry colours as they are, using 110 to 305 mesh screens; for prints
with high mesh number you can add a small percentage of water.
We also recommend flash drying the white print first, if used as halftone screen.
Prints must be heat set in an over at 320 - 340° F for 3 minutes.
Wash the screens with WATER.

*We recommend spraying the screen with water before printing. This increases the moisture level
in the emulsion and therefore the emulsion does not draw all the water out of the ink.
*We recommend not flooding the screen when printing is stopped for any reason.
* We recommend using a Triple or Dual Durometer Squeegee 70/90/70 Triple or 70/85 Dual
TYPE OF BINDER:

APPLICATIONS:
Suitable for printing on cotton fabrics, mixed cotton and elastic fabrics.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
The main characteristic of this product is the possibility of using it like a regular Plastisol, even
though it is not; this enables you to print with a high mesh value (305 mesh) without ever drying up
during the printing process. Wet colours start drying up at room temperature, 28-36 hours after
printing. In addition the excellent opacity of the white will give a matte effect print that is dry and
very elastic.
Our series 71 000 Water Base Plastic No Dry includes three products:
1) 71 101 Water Base Plastic No Dry White WB
2) 71 099 Water Base Plastic No Dry Opaque Lacquer Base WB

technical data sheet). Simply replace the quantity indicated in the formula for 76.100 Slow dry
gloss elastic transparent KOO , with an equivalent quantity of 71.100 Water Base Plastic No Dry
transparent base , you will obtain the same shades obtained with the formulas indicated in our
formulary.
For dark backgrounds, replace the quantity of 76.100 Slow Dry gloss elastic transparent KOO
indicated in our formula, with an equivalent quantity of 71.099 opaque lacquer, to obtain the same
shades obtained with the formulas indicated in our formulary, but with an opaque effect.
For high opacity, you can reduce the quantity of 71.099 opaque lacquer depending on the mesh
value used for printing, taking care not to modify the quantity of K-print 31.000 Formula Mix
pigments used, because the ratio of the pigments must always match the ration indicated in the
formula.
